Types of Components We Manufacture
Chain Hoists: You can understand a Chain hoist as a strong pulley used to lift heavy equipment with minimum workforce and manpower. Being attached to a trolley, they have an endless chain loop with the help of which the heavy objects are lifted or lowered. Mostly found in workshops they are operated from the overheads. Krantechnik Cranes offer chain hoists for Light Crane System, Monorails, Jib Cranes, Wall Travelling Cranes, and Cranes.
Rope Hoists: Powered with geared or electric motors are used to lift and lower heavy materials with a metal hook attached to them. The rope hoists, having high tensile strength, are wrapped around the wheel. Our manufactured rope hoists are suitable for Single Girder & Double Girder Cranes, Monorails, Jib Cranes, and Wall Travelling Cranes.
End Carriages: Built with high tensile strength they are the backbone of any heavy-lifting crane. Attacked to a beam they work as a driving unit when a crane lifts or lowers a bulky object. The end carriage handles the complete pressure and helps to bear the weight of the object when lifted or lowered. With a capacity of 100 tonnes, we offer a variety of Connections including Side and top.
Wheel Blocks: Resembled as core, this component has high rigidity, toughness, and wear resistance. Wheel Blocks make the rope movement so smooth to lift or lower bulky objects. We manufacture them with a single load capacity between 2 to 20 tonnes, and combinations of wheel load carrying capacity of 1000 Tons and more.
Geared Motors: Can be said as the heart of a crane, Geared Motors provide the required high torque output to move the wheel which then lifts the rope to pull up or lower the bulky material. We offer the most premium range that is suitable for various applications – Cranes, Transfer Trolleys, etc.
Controllers: This component helps to operate a heavy-duty crane remotely. With this, a single worker can instruct this advanced piece of machinery to lift or move the bully objects weighing in tonnes with a simple button push. Hence, reducing efforts, workforce, and manpower.
Bus Bar: An assembly system used for the electrification of remotely operated equipments. While providing high current output, they are economically feasible and require low maintenance.
